Where are you located?
Wherever you are! We are an Ashland-based practice that operates fully-remote offering telehealth services to the entire state of Wisconsin.
are you accepting new clients?
We sure are! We pride ourselves on being able to meet immediate need of the clients we serve because we understand the urgency that often comes with reaching out for counseling.
can i use my health insurance?
Absolutely! We are currently in network with Aetna, Cigna, Forward Health/Badgercare, Security Health, United Healthcare, and some Medicare plans. We are in the process of contracting with Anthem BCBS (feel free to ask us for an update).
are there other payment options?
There are! We offer options of utilizing out of network (OON) benefits, we can provide a superbill to you for insurance reimbursement, or you have choose to pay privately at our self-pay rate.
